In late 2019, Rinova successfully secured funding for a series of publicly funded initiatives aimed at supporting and developing innovative practice within the hospitality industry. Together with already existing UK and transnational EU funded projects, these have naturally come together to form the Hospitality Academy. The Hospitality Academy provides a ‘one-stop’ shop for innovative, solution driven programmes of training and support, aimed at a variety of hospitality industry stakeholders, including already existing employees and employers, as well as prospective ones.
Three years on, and The Hospitality Academy has plenty to show for the efforts of its hard-working team and members:
- A community of hospitality businesses and proffessionals built from scratch
- The image of the industry and awareness the career paths it offers boosted amongst numerous schools in London
- Countless hospitality industry proffessionals skilled up and supported in their proffessional development
