Rinova’s Creative Mentoring Exchange brings together a wide range of “artist educators” interested in the role of creative mentoring, coaching, informal and non-formal learning in opening up access to creative careers and breaking down the barriers that hold back emerging talent.
You may not describe yourself first and foremost as a “creative mentor”. Maybe you are just interested in learning and passing on skills, but that’s not your main job?
Maybe you are a creative or community-based practitioner, passionate about sharing and communicating what you do and passing on opportunities for others
You don’t have to be a creative yourself. You may be working as a business coach, careers adviser, youth worker, tutor or trainer and would like to understand better the confusing opportunities, entry routes, career paths and networks in the creative and cultural industries. How does it all work?
