The Hospitality Academy

The Hospitality sector is one in which we had been active since our early days, running skills and employment initiatives which included sector partners in the work of the Rinova Consortium.  Moreover, our Chief Executive Officer, Amanda Francis, has many years of experience as the proprietor of a cafe and restaurant business in Brighton.

Our work in hospitality underwent a ‘step change’ in late 2019, when Rinova was successful in securing funding for a wide range of publicly funded initiatives aimed at supporting and developing innovative practice within the hospitality industry.

By bringing together this range of UK projects and through developing a series of international innovation, development and research projects aimed at the tourism, hospitality and allied industries, these projects naturally dovetail together.  Therefore we are delighted to be operating  the Rinova-led ‘Hospitality Academy’.

The Hospitality Academy is an agile, ‘one-stop’ shop for innovative, solution- driven programmes of training and support. It provides employers and employees with access to a network of quality-assured, expert sector partners to support companies to perfect their recruitment, up-skill their staff, improve retention and integrate effective, affordable in house training and CPD.
