Trevor has thirty years experience of working within the creative industries in a broad variety of roles in the field of professional development, economic regeneration, fundraising, capacity building and enterprise development.
Sofia is a Portuguese citizen, presently living in Cyprus where she has worked for over a decade in the Humanitarian sector on Research, Development and Project Management in the framework of international programmes such as REC and Erasmus+. Prior to this, she graduated in Sociology from Universidade do Porto and also holds a PhD in Media Studies and a Masters (MA) in Journalism Studies from the School of Journalism, Media & Culture at Cardiff University.
With the benefit of many years of experience, backed up with the know-how, modelling and systems that come with it, Rinova has a team of over thirty staff and associates who are presently implementing a range of projects and contracts in the UK and internationally.
