We are delighted to offer a highly relevant course for creative professionals across the UK and Europe. Rinova is a key partner in this newly-launched initiative CREDYVE – CREative catalyst: Design Your Venture. It is co-funded by the EIT Culture & Creativity under the Horizon Europe programme, and designed as a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) course aimed at equipping professionals in the Cultural & Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI) with entrepreneurial, digital and green competences.
CREDYVE is a 25-hour online, asynchronous CPD programme structured around three modules: Entrepreneurial Mindset; Effective Teamwork & Collaboration; and Creative Thinking & Innovation. It is designed for creative professionals whose work is often mobility-based, project-driven and cross-border. The course draws on the EU competence frameworks — EntreComp (entrepreneurship), GreenComp (sustainability) and DigComp (digital skills) — enabling participants to anticipate trends, apply creative and strategic thinking methods and design sustainable solutions. The inclusion of the Creative Project Canvas gives learners a practical tool for planning and communicating their ideas.
Within CREDYVE, Rinova will lead the communication, dissemination and outreach work, ensuring that the course reaches its target audiences in the UK, Italy and across Europe — including Research & Innovation Smart (RIS) regions. With our established networks in the UK and beyond, and our expertise in learning-by-doing, mentoring and creative career pathways, we are well-placed to support this transnational initiative.
CREDYVE is led by Materahub – Consorzio Industrie Culturali e Creative, based in Matera, Italy. Materahub is a recognised centre of excellence in cultural and creative innovation, vocational education, and EU project development. The organisation coordinates large-scale European initiatives such as Cyanotypes (the Blueprint for the future skills agenda in the Cultural and Creative Industries) and leads working groups within the Creative Pact for Skills on green transformation and micro-credentials. Materahub’s experience in designing and commercialising training for creative entrepreneurs across Europe, together with its validated Creative Project Canvas methodology, ensures that CREDYVE is built on tested tools and forward-looking pedagogical approaches.
Building on our history in the CCSI
This initiative aligns with Rinova’s ongoing commitment to the cultural and creative sectors:
- Through our Creative Re-Work programme (London), we have delivered bespoke, artist-led training and support for performance-Arts professionals who want to build sustainable careers in the creative industries. (Creative Re-Work)
- Under the European programme Motivate2Create, we partnered with institutions from five countries to promote creativity, inclusion and community-based cultural practice among adult educators and facilitators. (Motivate To Create)
- One of our latest EU work, Pathways to Creative Careers (P2CC), explores how young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods can turn talent into sustainable creative careers. This initiative exemplifies our focus on mentoring, cross-border collaboration and innovation in creative education. (rinova.es)
