Partnerships

Effective partnership-working to implement publicly-funded programmes is an art – indeed, so much is expected of partnerships as task-based ‘organisations’. Yet there is relatively little by way of published ‘science’ in this field, and there are almost as many types of partnerships as there are sponsors, funders and programmes.

Essentially, there is no substitute for experience! So we formed Rinova in 2010 to build on more than 20 years of practice in the design, implementation, quality assurance and evaluation of partnerships for innovation – both in the UK and internationally.

Our models, and the experience that underpins them, extend to excellence across the full range of partnership working, whether through multi-agency, inter-functional or end-to-end partnerships, formal and informal consortia, networks, or the current fashion for forming ‘supply chains’.
