Monica Aroma
Monica’s role at Rinova is to ensure the smooth running of the company’s operations, drawing upon her extensive project management experience in a variety of fields, having worked with Rick and his teams since 1998.
During those years she has co-ordinated Business Advisers, Trainers and Consultants and she now manages and conducts internal audit and quality assurance activities across the range of our publicly-funded training and development projects in the UK and Europe.
Monica graduated in Social Work at Deusto University in Spain and has ensured the effective performance of projects funded by ESF, ERDF, LDA, transnational projects, the LSC/Skills Funding Agency and many more concerned with enterprise and skills. She has also supported the management of successful projects with the Arts Council of England, the Tate Modern Gallery in London and the Collage Arts ‘Creative Industries Support’ and ‘Networked Creative Business Support’ Programmes, each with over 100 micro-businesses and more recently the claims and internal audit functions on programmes with some 1,500 learners.
